Question 1

Is every dress made to order?

Accepted Answer

Most of our dresses are made to order once you place your order. Some are ready to ship. Each dress shows whether it's made to order or ready to ship, along with its estimated delivery date, on its product page.

Question 2

Can I change my order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, your dress goes into production and the order can't be changed or cancelled. If you need help, email info@minibrideatelier.com as soon as possible.

Question 3

How do I choose my size?

Accepted Answer

Every designer sizes differently, so choose by your measurements rather than your usual size. Each dress links to its designer's size chart, measured in inches.

Question 4

What if I am between sizes?

Accepted Answer

Email info@minibrideatelier.com with your measurements and the dress you're considering, and we'll help you choose.

Question 5

Can a dress be altered?

Accepted Answer

Most dresses can be altered by a professional tailor. Please note that altered dresses can't be returned.

Question 6

How long will my dress take?

Accepted Answer

Delivery time depends on the designer. Ready to ship dresses typically arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, and made to order dresses take between 7 and 18 weeks. The estimated delivery date for each dress is shown on its product page.

Question 7

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

One dress per order may be returned within 2 business days of delivery, unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Some dresses have special return terms, and final sale dresses can't be returned. See our Returns policy for full details, or start a return through our return request form.
